Retrogen born out of nowhere and, to be honest, just for fun. I've been doing some cartmods and repros for friends for sometime and I've been asked to setup a "store" to display what I have done in the past and what is available to purchase. This required a 'nickname' for the place and RetroGen well, just came into mind, meaning the merge of retro games and new generation that is coming to know the games of the past.
No company or enterprise here, just a guy with love for retro games!

As a gamer, a collector, retro passionate, or all of it, did you ever:

    - Lost attraction for emulators?
    - Feel lost, selecting a game among the thousands on an Everdrive?
    - Miss the nostalgia of opening a game box and read the manual before rushing into the game?
    - Feel the need, not for speed, but to have that particularly game on a physical cartridge?
    - Needed to have that one game that you miss so much, but without having to sell an arm and a leg for it?
    - Missed an homebrew release?

Well, all of us (at least one moment in our retro gaming life) have been through these situations. Here you can find homebrews that aren't available to purchase from their developers, prototypes of unreleased games, conversions (mostly from Game Gear to Master System) and reproductions of games that, currently aren't available to purchase physically or cost you a kidney.
